Billy Burns, Billy Burns highlights, rookie of the year, potential breakout players

Check out some of my favorite Billy Burns highlights (videos)

I’m back online for a  few hours (Wednesday afternoon I will be officially back!!_ We are  LOVING the new house but living without cable or internet is completely insane!

I have missed so much!! Ron Washington was named the new A’s third base coach, Sean Doolittle is back and Kendall Graveman is on the DL – and that’s just a small sample of one team! I can’t imagine all that I have missed in general baseball news! It’s terrible!

So back to this post. I’ve talked A LOT on my blog about why the Oakland Athletics’ lead-off hitter and center fielder, Billy Burns, should be the American League Rookie of the Year for 2015.

He’s extremely quick, like another Billy Hamilton. Burns can cover ground in center like you’ve never seen, he routinely hits triples and beats out infield hits. He robs even the best hitters of home runs, steals bases and he’s just 25-years-old and playing his first full season in the big leagues.

So I found a couple videos of him that I have recently missed and that I would like to share with y’all! So here you go! Enjoy and spread the word so that the members of the BBWAA (Baseball Writers Association of America) get the memo that Burns should be the 2015 AL Rookie of the Year! 🙂
