Anthony Bosch, the owner of the Florida clinic that distributed performance enhancing drugs to both Major League and Minor League Baseball players, was sentenced to four years in prison on Tuesday.
Bosch sentenced to 4 years followed by 3 years supervised release.

He also received three years of supervised release, once he has completed his prison term. Bosch pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute testosterone to athletes in October. He allowed the athletes access to the performances enhacing drugs through the Biogenesis of America clinic in Coral Gables, Florida.
